Specialty Management Consultants is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a student housing property. This full-time / seasonal position offers a competitive salary range of $22 to $26.00 per hour. Plus Commissions. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.Responsibilities : - Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks- Coordinate and prioritize repair and maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly- Respond to both routine and emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment- Collaborate with the Student Housing Community Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards- Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their maintenance concerns effectivelyRequirements : - High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques and equipment- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationSpecialty Management Consultants is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, gender, age, or disability.
