- Process rental applications and conduct background and credit checks
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Assist with scheduling maintenance requests and property showings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential tenants
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or real estate preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
