SUMMARY:
· Acts as the lead person in the daily operations of the clinic
· Works in a collaborative manner with clinic providers, executive staff, other leaders and teams to achieve desired goals and complete assigned projects, implement services, etc.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
· High School degree or equivalent preferred.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience preferred
· At least 2-3 years of management experience preferred
· At least 5 years of work experience within the department of responsibility
