MSK Precision Products is looking for a CNC Vertical Mill Operator to join our team. We specialize in manufacturing superior high precision parts and assembly for the medical, aerospace and DOD industries. With a packaging and assembly department, MSK is capable of providing individual parts or complete finished assemblies for their customers. Core competencies include Precision Swiss-Style Turning, CNC 5 Axis Precision Cutter Grinding, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Laser Marking, Laser Welding, Wire EDM, and Passivation. AS9100D Certified - ISO 13485 Certified - ISO 9001 Certified.

Operates CNC vertical machining centers and other equipment as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Operates and maintains operations on one or more CNC controlled vertical milling centers per verbal or written instructions, sketch sheets or engineering drawings.
- Ensures all required setup and run documentation such as process sheets and inspection check sheets are in place.
- Verifies appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and process to achieve production and quality requirements.
- Obtains first piece verification, completes in process check sheets and maintains all dimensions to required tolerances.
- Assists less skilled operators on specific job task requirements, including all paperwork, and confirms cycle efficiency and correctness of parts produced by trained operator.
- Operates production machines as required.
- Makes adjustments to the tool wear offsets as required. Informs Lead Person(s) of any changes to the program process, production or quality requirements.
- Responsible for housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work place.
- Performs preventative maintenance on assigned equipment per approved schedules.
- Documents and reports any changes made to the machine setup or program.
- Accurately completes setup verification check sheets, output and other documentation as required by management.
