The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data into various databases with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents as needed.
- Utilize Excel for data management of Accounts receivable
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from various sources.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficient in computer use, including experience with office software applications such EHR and Practice Management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with databases and basic math skills for data verification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
