Medical Assistant - Referral Services Technician
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a temporary Medical Assistant in the Tacoma, WA area for up to 4 months within a unique position that will expand your skills and give your career a new meaning! If you are a highly competent Medical Assistant looking for something more than what you have seen in the past, we would like to speak with you.
Position Details :
- Day Shift, Monday to Friday,
- Process patient referrals & verify and explain patient eligibility and financial responsibility for medical benefits.
- Work closely with Patient Accounts, to process all pending referrals weekly, using Next Gen
reports, by identifying and updating referrals that are eligible for alternate coverage or
completion by CDR.
