Job Summary:
- ORDER VERIFICATION
- CHECKING MED ORDERS
- BASIC CLINICAL DUTIES INCLUDING KINETICS, RENAL DOSING, IV TO PO, TECHNICIAN OVERSIGHT AND OTHER FORMULARY CONVERSIONS.

6:30A-3P, 7A-3:330P, 3-11:30P, 3P-12A, AND POSSIBLY 11P-7A -
Pay $DOE

Long term contract beginning ASAP - lasting around 3 months with possibility of extension
Position Requirements:

BS Pharmacy or Pharm D

IN State Pharmacy License
-
Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice

1 years of pharmacy experience

Ability to work independently and with a team

Systematic problem-solving skills
