Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory intake, ensuring adequate stock levels for sales and consignment. Using various platforms to purchase units.
- Consignments/Trade ins: Filling out every customer who comes in as a consignment or trade in. Knowledge in cost and pricing of each unit is crucial.
- Delivery: Place and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Manage deliveries any shipping in a timely manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure proper product positioning and promotional strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the powersports industry or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the powersports industry, including products, manufacturers, and trends. Familiarity with powersports parts and accessories is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory management software and procurement systems
- Other: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
