We are a manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented in-house Customer Service and Logistics Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for shipping vendors and customers, ensuring satisfaction through efficient communication, problem-solving, and logistical support. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order tracking and delivery coordination.
- Communicate with the warehouse, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize delays.
- Handle freight documentation, customs clearance, and other regulatory requirements as needed.
- Data Management:
- Update and maintain customer and logistics records
- Generate reports on order statuses and logistical performance.
- Identify trends or recurring issues and propose solutions for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
