Specialty Orthopedic Group is currently seeking a full-time Pain Management/Spine LPN to join our Tupelo clinic. This position will be full time.
Candidate must be willing to commute to other SOG locations as/if needed.

Job Description:
As a Pain Management/Spine LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care and assisting our pain management and spine specialists in delivering high-quality patient care. You will play an essential role in managing patient care plans, preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and supporting the overall pain management process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient assessments and document patient history.
- Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients on pain management techniques and provide support throughout their treatment journey.
- Assist with medical procedures as directed by physicians.
- Provide wound care and manage post-operative care for spine patients.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Mississippi.
- Experience in pain management, spine, or orthopedic care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
