Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant Certified at Specialty Orthopedic Group in Tupelo, MS with some travel to Oxford, MS. The Physician Assistant will be responsible for assisting orthopedic surgeons in various procedures, conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, assisting in patient surgeries, and providing post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Excellent surgical assisting skills and experience
- Strong orthopedic knowledge and understanding
- Ability to perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Experience in assisting in surgical procedures
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in orthopedic surgery is a plus
