Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Physician Assistant Certified role located between our locations in Oxford, MS and Tupelo, MS. The role involves assisting surgeons in orthopedic surgeries, conducting patient evaluations, providing pre and post-operative care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong surgical skills and experience in orthopedic procedures
- Ability to conduct patient evaluations and provide pre and post-operative care
- Knowledge of ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Active certification as a Physician Assistant
- Valid state licensure in Mississippi
- Experience in orthopedics or a related specialty is a plus
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
