Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ cardiovascular health, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, including laboratory work related to cardiology.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as e-Clinical Work
- Participate in outpatient care settings, providing follow-up care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.
