Job Title: Associate Account Manager
Reports to: Director of Client Services
Position Overview:
Associate Account Managers support the Account Management team to gather specifications, art, data, and other information from customers and SPC’s internal sales team, interpret that information and coordinate with production teams and schedulers to ensure that jobs are produced effectively, efficiently and on time.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Support Account Managers with communications between departments and customers on highly specialized commercial printing and direct mail marketing projects.
· Help to coordinate pre-production planning meetings as projects come in to ensure they will be produced efficiently, effectively and on time.
· Create accurate press layouts per estimated running specifications.
· Assist in the completion of job tickets with comprehensive instructions, and distribute copies to all departments as required.
· Provide clearly marked job support materials to all departments.
· Track deliveries and samples.
· Create purchase orders for outside services required per the estimates and forward them to the proper authorized purchasing manager for approval.
· Assist in the ordering of dies, packaging, cartons or any other materials needed.
· Review proofs and correct errors prior to releasing to customers for approvals, send to customers and track their delivery and returns.
· Work with Account Managers to mark-up proofs with special information (e.g., perfs, scores, die-cuts, remoist or spot glue applications, scratch-offs, spot varnish, UV or aqueous coatings) for production to follow.
· Collect all data and job tickets at completion of projects and submit to accounting for billing with any additional information required to accurately close out projects within 48-hours of completion.
· Work with scheduling manager to ensure projects are produced on the correct equipment and that customer expectations will be met.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
