Job Summary :
The Senior Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the beverage program. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional knowledge of mixology and beverages, and a keen understanding of the upscale dining experience. The Beverage Director will collaborate with the culinary team to create a harmonious pairing of food and beverage offerings.
