SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information
- Generate labels for dispensing
- Answer phones and respond to order inquiries
- Clarify orders as needed
- Maintain and meet productivity and quality requirements
- Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with FL Board of Pharmacy
- High school or equivalent diploma required
- Previous experience in pharmacy desired
- Long Term Care pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
- Must be multi-tasking and reliable
- Knowledge of SIG-Codes
- Quick typing skills
- Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system a plus

- Wednesday to Saturday, 7:30pm to 6:00am
- Sunday to Wednesday, 7:30pm to 6:00am
