Technician Trainer

DEPARTMENT:        Pharmacy Floor    

SHIFT:                        Full Time: 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd Shift (8am-4:30pm, 2:30pm-11pm & 10pm-6:30am)

                                       **Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends**

SUPERVISOR:           Kyrillos Elsobky, Director of Pharmacy Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide training to new technicians throughout departments on floor.
• Constant follow up on new hire technicians with SpecialtyRx and reevaluation of present staff through all shifts.
• Be able to work well with people of various backgrounds and education levels and establish cooperative working relationships with all coworkers.
• Timely and effectively communicate information to and consult with others in order to complete work assignments.
• Act in a responsible, trustworthy, and ethical manner.
• Communicate ideas, thoughts, and facts verbally plus in writing using proper grammar. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST BE a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH
• Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
• LTC pharmacy experience a plus
• Brand Name / Generic Medication Knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers.
• Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team.
• Excellent attendance
