We are a growing company looking for an experienced Title Insurance Processor to join our team of professionals.
Role Description
As a Title Insurance Processor, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining all aspects of title insurance processing including but not limited to :
- Expected to maintain the highest level of customer service while working closely with all parties involved in the real estate transaction
- Oversee and manage all aspects of title insurance processing, from order entry to closing
- Review and clear title, order and review lien searches and estoppels, prepare Settlement Statements, and other necessary closing documents
- Act as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and attorneys, ensuring smooth communication
- Manage several transactions while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Use E-Closing and Microsoft One Drive software proficiently to manage and track all transactions
- Assist in post closing matters if needed
