ENTRY LEVEL Brand Ambassador Position in Northeast Ohio market for growing wine and spirits portfolio.

Specialty Wine-Spirits is currently hiring a passionate and results driven Brand Ambassador to promote and grow our portfolio of premium wine and spirits. This role combines sales, promotions, brand education, and relationship-building to drive awareness and increase product sales in Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience

• Knowledge and passion for wine and spirits
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in promoting products and services
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
• Work weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Flexibility to travel throughout the state
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Your specific responsibilities will vary, and will include, but not limited to:

• Make sales calls to develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Develops customer relationships to grow sales throughout the entire portfolio
• Manage a target account list with both on and off premise accounts
• Merchandise accounts
• Arrange and conduct promotions/tastings/events in accounts
• Educate account staff/management on portfolio
• Evaluate and recap weekly sales calls and promotions
• Reliable transportation for in-market visits and to travel to surrounding markets
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods
