Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

We are excited to be on the search for our Human Resource Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to the successful support for our supported practices. Your responsibilities will encompass providing assistance and timely responses to HR related requests from our supported practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are being followed to ensure that we are aimed at providing high-quality to our supported practices. Furthermore, this role involves identifying bottlenecks in the HR process for specific offices and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency.


 


Responsibilities



  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting in HR systems

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for field staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

  • Process HR transactions via UKG, including employee changes, new hires, and terminations

  • Review and work with HR team members to resolve identified data audit issues and actively participate in process improvements for data management and other HR-related initiatives

  • Coordinate with other HR team members to provide overall client support and service to assigned groups in the form of resolution of administrative or routine payroll, compensation, or benefit-related questions and issues

  • Maintain employee data in UKG and manages the process for completion of accurate and up-to-date personnel files

  • Organize and maintain physical employee files in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Prepare reports and UKG queries for internal business partners

  • Engage the HR Technology and Integration team to create custom reports, as needed

  • Process HR inquiries

  • Provide administrative support and reporting as required to support the business, as well as during the overall talent processes, including goal setting, development reviews, talent reviews, performance reviews, and year-end compensation reviews

  • Provide administrative support for the New Employee Orientation and other related onboarding processes

  • Triage employee and manager inquiries and routes to the appropriate HR team member

  • Assist other HR team members in the execution of department-specific projects

  • Other duties as assigned (will include support with HR and company event planning and other general office management duties)


 


 Requirements



  • Comfortable with technology and cloud-based platforms.

  • Strong clerical skills, including data entry and attention to detail.

  • Experience working in UKG preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to aid with the day-to-day Practice Manager, Area Manager, and team member needs.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to incidents promptly.

  • Comfortable speaking and messaging with team members as needed

  • 2 years of directly related HR experience in a customer/client-focused role

  • General knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred

Work Conditions:



  • Candidate must be able to work in office 4 days a week and 1 remote.

  • Candidate must be able to travel as required for business needs.

  • Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.

  • Candidate must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.


 


Salary: $23 to $25 / hourly

Position Base Pay Range: $23 USD - $25 USD
