NOTICE: SpecialtyRx is seeking an Client Services Manager located in the surrounding areas of Austin, TX.
The Client Services Manager will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of Austin, TX. Under general supervision of the Director of Client Services Central Texas, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.
An Client Services Manager must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistence with SpecialtyRx mission and values.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
- Ability to relate to client needs.
- Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
- Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
- Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
- Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.
- LPN Texas License preferred.
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
- Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
- Driven and motivated problem-solver.
- Ability to work independently and team player.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Willing to drive long distances in the State of Texas.
