Key Responsibilities
- Assist in medication dispensing, preparation, and inventory management under the guidance of licensed pharmacists.

- Work with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to review medication orders, ensure accuracy, and provide patient-centered care.
- Learn about pharmacy law and ethics, including NJ Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA compliance, and insurance processing.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and medication therapy management programs.
- Understand pharmacy informatics, electronic health records, and prescription management systems.
