Our Company
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
The Regional Account Manager will be supervising the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of Austin, Texas in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.
Responsibilities
- Handle overall driving performance and leading strategic planning
- Manage effective Austin Texas team-based operations
- Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities
- Ability to relate to client needs
- Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities
- Perform additional duties when required
Qualifications
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of health care procedures
- Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information
- Driven and motivated problem-solver
- Ability to work independently and team player
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Willing to drive long distances in the State of Texas
