We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician Administrative Assistant professional to become part of our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with phone personality and customer service skills.
Under general supervision, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations provide a variety of Human Resources, administrative, office and clerical functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to all departments.
- Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
- Greets and interacts professionally with all internal and external guest/personnel using strong interpersonal skills providing direction and resources to address needs.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Assist with various projects.
- Maintains the department emails and phone lines, answering questions and providing requested information, or referring questions to subject matter experts.
- Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methods.
- Assist with onboarding tasks (issuing badge IDs).
- Process returned script credits from facilities.
- Assist with Client Services giveaways, i.e., baked good, etc.
- Assist with all other pharmacy technician duties as assigned by Pharmacist In Charge.
- Perform other administrative, pharmacy technician, and special projects as required and/or as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Licensed OH Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
- Driven and motivated problem-solver.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to competing demands.
- Ability to maintain professional and cordial demeanor, team player.
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
