Quality Assurance Representative; we offer competitive salary and benefit package.
Quality Assurance Representative Responsibilities :
- Investigate and provide detailed information to Account Executive issues via Mediprocity, email, phone call, etc.
- Maintain accurate facility information (facility lists, backup lists, etc.)
- Complete Occurrence Reports on recurring issues to be evaluated by QA Manager / Compliance Officer and shared with other necessary department heads.
- Identify trends in facility related complaints to assist in the internal pharmacy resolutions.
- Communicate with department heads and supervisors to assist in the delivery of specifically requested items.
- Handle emails and phone calls directly from facility administration.
- Annual updating of House Stock and MD lists for accuracy.
- Assist with paperwork (checklists, labels, cards, etc.) for COVID clinics.
- Other tasks as assigned by the QA Manager.
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm; Monday-Friday.
