What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician Trainer position at SpecialtyRx?
DEPARTMENT : Pharmacy Floor
SHIFT : Full Time : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (8am-4 : 30pm, 2 : 30pm-11pm & 10pm-6 : 30am)
SUPERVISOR : Kyrillos Elsobky, Director of Pharmacy Operations
Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide training to new technicians throughout departments on floor.
Constant follow up on new hire technicians with SpecialtyRx and reevaluation of present staff through all shifts.
Be able to work well with people of various backgrounds and education levels and establish cooperative working relationships with all coworkers.
Timely and effectively communicate information to and consult with others in order to complete work assignments.
Act in a responsible, trustworthy, and ethical manner.
Communicate ideas, thoughts, and facts verbally plus in writing using proper grammar.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST BE a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH
Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields
LTC pharmacy experience a plus
Brand Name / Generic Medication Knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers.
Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
High sense of urgency and accountability
Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team.
Excellent attendance
