Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely!

Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities :
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
- Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility / department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarify orders as needed.
