- Full responsiability of all orders from receipt to closing

We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team.
Order Entry Specialist responsibilities include receiving customer orders, revewing for entry process, entering and closing all incoming orders.
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to enter their orders into a computer to be processed by the rest of our team. After order is processed you will then be responsiable to follow and close the order as it moves through processing.
Responsibilities
- Process orders and distribute responses
- Input orders into database
- Follow order through processing
- Close once order has shipped
- Inform customer of expected delivery date
- Follow up on orders
- Handle complaints about unfulfilled orders
- Check inventory control
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Order Entry Specialist or similar role
