Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminum Commercial Door Fabrication Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Hardware Evaluation: Evaluate various hardware components (locks, handles, hinges, closers, etc.) for compatibility with aluminum commercial door systems. Ensure that the selected hardware meets quality standards, security requirements, and functionality specifications.
- Layout Planning: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to plan the layout of the fabrication process. Create detailed diagrams and instructions that outline the placement of hardware components, ensuring accurate and efficient assembly.
- Fabrication Assistance: Work closely with the fabrication team to assist in the assembly and installation of hardware components onto aluminum doors. Provide guidance and support to ensure the correct positioning and secure attachment of hardware according to layout plans.
- Quality Control: Perform rigorous quality control checks on completed aluminum commercial doors to verify that hardware has been applied accurately and securely. Identify and address any deviations from the fabrication plan and quality standards.
