Creative Director

Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Creative Director to shape the visual identity of Specified Technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative projects that align with our brand vision and engage our audience across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, marketing, and branding, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a hands-on role that will guide a team but will also pitch in to execute upon creative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire an In-House Creative Team and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Create, and guide the creation of, marketing collateral including ads, videos, sell sheets, newsletters, etc.
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work to ensure high standards and brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of creative excellence.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered on time.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary.

• 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the Building Products space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in design software [e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Keyshot, etc.], and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of brand development and management.
