What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekly DNA Collection Clinics - 3 - Mondays per month (part time) FULTON CO position at SPECIMEN SPECIALISTS OF AMERICA, INC.?
Our company is looking to hire the candidate join our team and serve as our primary DNA collector in Atlanta GA. The main role of the job will be providing DNA testing (buccal swab) to our clients at the Fulton Co Courthouse for their pending child support cases. PLEASE NOTE - This is position is only one (1 shifts per month and is an extremely part-time position - 3 Testing clinics per month - dates provided in advance
Having a medical background is preferred but not required for this position. Applicants should have great customer service skills and work well in a team environment, yet be able to work independently. Must be reliable, professional, be willing to travel to ATLANTA, GA and have a great attitude. Applicants must also have reliable transportation to report to the site for each testing shift.
All new hires will be subject to a background check upon hire
- DRAW SITE: Fulton Co Superior Courthouse, Atlanta GA
- RECURRING SCHEDULE: 3- Mondays per month, 9:00am-3:00pm (dates provided in advance)
All staff will receive complete online training and over-the-phone training, as well as supplies needed for the job.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform cheek swab specimen collections
- Take Photos and Ink prints of all clients
- Fill out handwritten Chain of Custody form
- Ensure specimens are properly and accurately labeled
- Make FedEx run to drop off samples collected for the day
- Keep track of supply inventory and order as needed
- Able to work with the public and be friendly and professional
