Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Speco Technologies sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and facilitating new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and building long-term relationships with our business clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for further discussions.
2. Sales Process Management:
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
-Facilitate meetings and calls through Microsoft Teams
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and competitive landscape.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as an additional point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client satisfaction.
-Conduct Product trainings and other similar tutorials for customers
4. Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
