We are looking for an experienced leader to drive a service minded culture, operational excellence, revenue growth, and be an advocate for their assigned venues.

This individual would oversee day to day operations for some of the regions premier entertainment venues in the iconic Lowell Memorial Auditorium (Lowell, MA), the recently renovated Colonial Theatre (Laconia, NH), the newly built Nashua Center for the Arts (Nashua, NH) and the beloved Cary Memorial Hall (Lexington, MA).

The Director, Regional Operations would primarily be responsible for enhancing the food & beverage program, premium hospitality offerings, and building and developing a high performing staff. This role would also manage the venue maintenance programs, building safety systems, licensing, budgeting, executing events, and ensure all company standard operating procedures are being utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

· Food and Beverage Management - Develop an innovative food and beverage program that creates an exciting patron experience, showcases local products & vendors, and drives event profitability. Collaboration with vendors and caterers will be required to produce excellent event experiences.

· Premium Hospitality – Collaborate with internal marketing & sponsorship teams to create “events within the event” that enhance the entertainment value of our shows. This may include sponsorship activations, upselling of premium seating inventory, food & beverage add ons, use of the roof top terrace, or other unique experiences.

· Staff Development: Hire, train, and manage a dynamic staff at assigned venues including full-time and part-time employees. Ensuring proper coverage, adherence to company policies, and creating an inviting atmosphere for all stakeholders.

· Building Management: Oversee the daily operations of all three venues, ensuring that each facility is well-maintained, safe, clean, and compliant with regulations & company policies. Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and maintenance staff to address any issues promptly and efficiently.

· Event Coordination: Working through your event managers, production managers, and operations managers to ensure that both self-presented concerts and special events are executed at an extremely high caliber that exceed client expectations and drive revenue for the building.

· Budget Management: Work with Executive Leadership to develop annual venue budgets & financial forecasting to put in controls that reduce expenses, generate new revenue, and ensure profitability.

· Venue Advocate: Foster meaningful relationships with venue owners, Board of Trustees, city services, and neighboring businesses to ensure that our venues are a force multiplier, providing positive benefits to our local communities and enduring partnerships.

· Safety and Compliance: Be the leader in implementing and modeling safe behaviors and compliance with government, industry, and company regulations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

· 10 plus years of proven experience in venue management or operations, ideally in a multi-building context.

· Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, with experience in catering, hospitality, or event management preferred.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and a culture of excellence.

· Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
