Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic medical aesthetician office team. As a Full-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, managing calendars, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to texts and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and coordinate calendars for all practitioners, ensuring smooth scheduling and efficient use of time
- Ring in customer purchases and services, with a focus on upselling and promoting products and services to increase revenue
- Assist with sales and special promotions, staying up-to-date on offerings and promotions
- Create and update customer post-protocols for all practitioners, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Print protocols, gather samples, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Prepare patient schedules, treatment prep, and pallets for the next day, ensuring all necessary materials are in place
- Coordinate shipping of products to out-of-town clients as needed
- Manage cash deposits to the bank, obtain petty cash for the cash register, and maintain accurate records
- Attend product training sessions with vendors, take detailed notes, and share knowledge with clients to enhance their experience
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and rearranging merchandise as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a high-end or medical aesthetician setting
- Strong interest in skincare, preferred
- Dynamic and hyper-organized, with excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide white glove service and exceed client expectations
- ENFJ (Entrepreneur, Navigator, Facilitator, and Coordinator) personality type, with strengths in customer service and team collaboration
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using CRM software and other office applications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, practitioners, and team members
- Good job tenure, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
