resolve operational and daily clinic issues as they arise. This position is 75% clinical care (RN) and 25%
administrative. The nursing coordinator reports directly to the Medical Clinic Manager.

position requires lifting or carrying items that would be appropriate in an office environment, not more than
20lbs.

- Support the business and clinical plans of Spectra Health as evidenced by a working knowledge of the plan and participation in completing elements of the plan.

- Assists in the coordination and training of nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs, and/or CNAs), including
appraisals, ensuring competency of clinic staff; continuing education programs, certification

- Coordinates patient and community health care education and outreach activities.
- Assists Medical Clinic Manager with serving as a liaison within Spectra Health departments
- Conducts audits, reports, and tracks performance metrics, as needed to meet regulatory requirements,
- Assists with day-to-day operations of medical clinics including triage, patient care, and ensuring
- Communicates regularly with the Medical Clinic Manager regarding patient or staff feedback and
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota
- CPR/BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local community resources
- Able to take and follow through with delegated tasks and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and strong cultural competency
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- 1 year of management experience
- Prior experience with managing competing priorities
- Prior experience working with diverse population groups
- Experience with program development
