Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and document project requirements.
- Support the development of Concept Plan Sets, integrating design elements and offering researched design solutions.
- Help create Permit Plan Sets that comply with local building codes.
- Produce Construction Plan Sets that are accurate and buildable for production teams.
- Address design and technical challenges.
- Participate in the estimating process by providing material take-offs and assisting with project scopes.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Attend job site visits to learn about the production process and assist with quality control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,997.89 - $77,072.73 per year
