What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator - Electrical position at Spectra Infosystems Inc?
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
· Receive and record incoming projects & orders according to appropriate criteria.
· Schedule and maintain adequate timelines for projects & orders.
· Prepare and submit project instructions.
· Monitor project, order, and quote status through regular report generation.
· Interact with customers, contractors, and management to ensure quotes are performed and completed within established timelines while meeting all project requirements.
· Assure adequate information is supplied to the appropriate departments for periodic and final billing.
· Communicate with management daily, providing status of quote completion, as well as any applicable outstanding issues.
· Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
· Ensure project deadlines are met.
· Provide administrative support as needed.
· Order Entry - Enter sales orders and purchase orders, create RMAs as well as freight claims when needed. Assist in monitoring inventory levels.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,220.20 - $88,179.16 per year
