GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Performs a wide range of mechanical procedures mainly involving the handling of refractory metals powders and resulting products. Ability to read and interpret engineering print packages and use of proper judgement on instructions. Ability to learn to produce a wide variety of jobs, much of which would be learned through OJT (on job training) and observation. |

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Reading, writing, basic mathematics and mechanical comprehension skills. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple documentation. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisor and employees in the manufacturing department.

MATHEMATICAL/ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
