Position Summary
As a Supervisor of the Guest Services Team, you and your team will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will oversee all venue event staff and assist with various ticketing and customer service issues. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.50.

Responsibilities
- Provide direction, oversight, and supervision of the Event Staff employees.
- Provide training, coaching and supervision of “Potential Supervisors.”
- Responsible for general set-up and break-down of customer access areas in addition to “building walk” responsibilities.
- Function room and after-hours coverage, as needed.
- Assist with scheduling of Event Staff employees.
- Provide the primary level of guest assistance in the seating area.
- Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures and event requirements.
- Provide access control, crowd management and ensure the venue is safe for guests.
- Direct guests and provide venue information.
- Act upon all comments / complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Complete appropriate reports when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all guests, staff and performers.
- Event Staff employee uniform laundry / equipment responsibilities including inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
