Key Responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and nurture a database of prospective clients who rely on your expertise and our services.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage potential, transforming potential leads into valued clients.
  • Hit the streets and make your mark in the South Shore Market, transforming potential leads into valued clients.
  • Engage in proactive business development activities to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings virtually and in person to identify sales opportunities and craft tailored staffing solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, skillfully negotiate pricing and establish mutually beneficial terms of service.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly metrics and KPIs, ensuring you contribute to the success of our clients and the talent we place with them.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, demonstrating your sales prowess and commitment to success.

Qualifications :

  • Reside in the Quincy, MA area to maximize your impact on our local market.
  • 2 years of sales experience within the commercial Staffing Industry and have a strong interest in building a lucrative sales career where you thrive in a competitive landscape.
  • Experience with CRM systems and an understanding of modern sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are your calling card.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are in your DNA.
  • Balance the ability to work independently with effective collaboration within our recruiting and sales teams.
