Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Director will oversee both the sales and marketing functions, crafting strategies that fuel growth and drive revenue. This role involves managing teams, developing campaigns, setting sales targets, and representing the company at key industry events. The Director will also work closely with clients, partners, and industry leaders to foster relationships that strengthen the brand and promote the company’s offerings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer base growth.
- Design and oversee marketing initiatives, including digital and traditional campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Acquire new accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Set and monitor sales targets to ensure team-wide achievement.

- Lead advertising, promotions, and content marketing efforts.
- Present revenue, expense, and forecast reports to the Executive Team.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

- Establish pricing strategies, set discount rates, and handle escalated customer issues.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and best practices to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Approve marketing materials, such as digital banners, brochures, and advertisements.
