Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our Outside Sales Team to cultivate and expand client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving territory growth by identifying new opportunities, managing accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with our Outside Sales Team through focused strategy sessions.
- Make 50 outbound calls each day to schedule appointments and drive territory growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate data entry in the CRM system, including accounts and contacts.
- Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for prospective and existing clients.
- Send personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads, appointments, and revenue.
- Assist with inbox management and ensure our Outside Sales Team has a full schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, and customer service.
- Comfortable making outbound calls with a willingness to handle objections and overcome rejection.
