About the Role
The Inside Sales Account Manager will partner with our Outside Sales Team to manage and expand a designated territory. Key responsibilities include cultivating and expanding client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving territory growth through new opportunity identification and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate daily with our Outside Sales Team through focused strategy sessions.
- Manage and maintain accurate data entry in the CRM system, including accounts and contacts.
- Assist with inbox management and ensure our Outside Sales Team has a full schedule.
