The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell our staffing services to businesses in the industrial sector. This role is perfect for a B2B sales professional who understands workforce challenges and enjoys building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and prospect new clients in Manufacturing, Transportation, and Distribution .
Build relationships with HR and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs.
Develop and present customized staffing solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure successful placements.
Meet and exceed sales targets through cold calling, networking, and onsite visits .
What We’re Looking For :
- 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (staffing, logistics, industrial services, or related fields).
- Experience selling staffing solutions, workforce management, or HR services is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a territory and travel locally to meet clients.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
