We're seeking a motivated Project / Process Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to key projects, improve processes, and make a lasting impact on our operations.
Pay - $25 / hr - $26 / hr (Depending on Experience)
Location - Hayward, CA
Schedule - Mon - Fri
Job Description
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Review and improve floor layout and equipment and identify areas for improvement for better efficiency and product flow.
- Regularly review document process flow and recommend any improvements to reduce waste.
- Research and procure any primary and secondary tooling required for production operations.
- Review CAD drawings from customer and help make prints for shop floor
- Make and amend Sales Orders and prep job documents for shop.
- Review customer contracts and list requirements for job activities.
- Provide technical support as required to the production floor.
- Maintain and update list of open tasks and track status
- Help troubleshoot both any quality issues and provide direction for solutions as needed.
- Work with Shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and job sites.
- Key Tasks : Kaizen (continuous improvement), Process Flow, Waste Reduction (Muda), Root Cause and Corrective action.
