Job Title: Administrative Assistant Senior Representative (Onsite)
Job Location: Bloomington, Minnesota 55439
Job Duration: 3 Months
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
Interview Process: In person for 45-60 minutes, one round initially.

- Administrative in nature – Requires 3 years of experience.
- Responsibilities include data entry, mail sorting, and letter creation/printing (100 letters, sometimes generated by emails, other times printed).
- Reception work.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft products.
Role Summary:
Performs advanced administrative duties, including new hire onboarding ticket submissions, manual letter creation, printing and mailing to customers, providers, and facilities, system-generated letter requests, data entry, reception coverage, and miscellaneous projects. Supports the Behavioral Operations team.
Major Duties:
- Manages tasks assigned to the NOA Requests Outlook mailbox and NOA TruCare queue.
- Routes incoming calls through the switchboard to the appropriate call teams.
- Processes daily system-letter printing and prepares manual letters for mailing.
- Sorts incoming Behavioral Operations mail and packages.
- Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Participates in meetings to stay updated on changes affecting administrative staff.
Skills:
- At least three years of administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Quick learner of new applications to process tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact well with diverse personalities and attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with sound judgment in interactions.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of business school or related training preferred.
