Job Description:

This Technical Analyst position is for an Integration Program of acquired business units as part of the Operational Technology (OT) and SCADA workstream.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed-oriented Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT and integration of systems, with the ability to handle stage gating artifacts, support project milestones, and contribute to comprehensive program reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring that our OT SCADA systems are integrated smoothly and efficiently, and that all project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration of technology assets: As a key member of Integration team, lead and assist with transition of newly acquired critical SCADA and OT (operational technology) systems to company’s environment
• Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Assist in creating project documentation, specifications, and use cases.
• Vendor Onboarding: Assist with all aspects of vendor onboarding. Create RFP (request for proposal), SOW (statement of work), evaluate responses and assist in vendor selection.
• Project Milestone Support: Assist in planning, execution and tracking of project milestones. Provide support in the identification and resolution of project risks and issues. Ensure alignment with business requirements, project milestones and timelines.
• Technology Support and Testing: Collaborate with technology and IT teams to develop and support technology solutions for project deliverables. Support testing activities and assist in development and implementation of OT procedures.
• Change Management: Track issues, change requests and deployment timelines. Manage Change Management and Production Cutover processes.

Criteria & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or related technical discipline
• Proven 7-10 years of experience as a Technical Analyst
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, and Systems Integration Projects / Programs. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with software tools like JIRA, Trello, PowerBI or other project management software.

Preferred Skills Qualifications:

• Experience in Operational Technology systems (SCADA/HMI/Control) for Gas Pipeline or Gas Utility.
• Experience working with Professional Service Companies.
