We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) within the Insurance domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, actuarial teams, and IT professionals to support PRT transactions, policy administration, and system enhancements. This role requires a strong understanding of pension plans, annuities, and risk transfer processes, along with business analysis skills to drive efficiency in operations and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze PRT requirements related to pension de-risking transactions and annuity conversions.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in PRT operations and recommend process automation or system enhancements.
• System Implementation: Work with IT teams to define business rules, workflows, and integration requirements for PRT platforms and annuity administration systems.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business teams, actuaries, underwriters, compliance, and technology teams to ensure alignment of PRT objectives.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements and internal governance policies related to pension risk transfer.
