SPECTRAFORCE is looking for an energetic and driven Client Executive to join our growing team in San Francisco, CA!
The Opportunity:
The Client Executive manages assigned high-touch account portfolios, effectively builds relationships with client stakeholders, and ensures clients receive exceptional service at every touch point. This role is also responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation for existing clients through strategic business development and sales initiatives.
A Glimpse Into Your Day:
- Manage client performance and expectations including service levels to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Foster and expand relationships with applicable client stakeholders such as talent acquisition, client hiring managers, and the MSP team (if applicable).
- Conduct contractor check-ins with hiring managers, if permitted based on client rules of engagement.
- Independently set and manage client stakeholder meetings.
- Generate new leads, business, and channels for existing client engagements.
- Hit meeting targets and gather heads-up and exclusive positions from hiring managers.
- Continually explore new opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue.
- Effectively gather and manage information regarding client needs, pain points, and expectations.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client related issues, concerns, and escalations.
- Manage the interview process including candidate prep and debrief.
- Review candidate submittal quality and obtain feedback on submittals and interviews.
- Oversee and gain insight into client interview procedures; partner with recruitment teams to ensure optimum account performance.
- Manage all offer negotiations with candidates and clients to maintain minimum margin levels.
- Proactively monitor associate’s assignment end dates to minimize drops through redeployment or extensions.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum one (1) year of account management sales experience
- Experience in ownership of client meetings and driving all aspects of account management
- Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills
- Outgoing and energetic, with a talent for building strong relationships and engaging effectively with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Confident decision-making and excellent intuitive judgement
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly driven by goals and a keen attention to detail
- Fast typing and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with global teams
- Experience in staffing
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
