Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 8 months Assignment
Day to Day:
- Assigned multiple programmatic design changes that they will be responsible for.
- Ensuring cross functional stakeholder alignment of the change
- Evaluating the technical readiness of the change
- Communicating with leadership within the business
- General maintenance of PCM tools that they use to track their programs.
YOE: 8 YOE
Degree/certs: Engineering Degree
Must Have:
- Professional engineering license.
- PMP - Project management professional certification in addition to PE.
- Relevant size scope of complexity similar to data centers (large construction, not looking for residential, or only done two projects, looking for fairly good mix in resume).
- Smart sheets experience.
